1) if that time 60s technology can go moon and return, how come now after 50 years later, most space missions can only do 1 way trip no return leh?

the flag did flap, but it happened at the end of the moon landing mission. it was because of exhaust from the rockets on the upper portion of the lunar module returning to the command module in space. the flag was only about 25 feet away. and it fell from the blast.
