PETALING JAYA: Thailand’s move towards legalising casinos will likely have a major impact on Southeast Asia’s gaming industry especially Genting Singapore’s Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) and Malaysia-owned NagaWorld casino in Cambodia.
However, Genting Malaysia Bhd’s Resorts World Genting (RWG) may dodge the bullet as it is expected to be the least impacted by the development, said Maybank Investment Bank (Maybank IB) in a research note.
