STOMPer Flora says that various groups of students like to hang out at stairways of the HDB blocks in her estate at Bukit Batok Central.
She wonders what they do there and why they like to loiter in stairways particularly.
The pictures she sent in show a group of four students from different schools sitting on the staircase of a block opposite West Mall in Bukit Batok.
They usually linger on for more than an hour.
She also said:
"Sometimes there are older kids not in uniform who smoke, eat, and litter at the top storey.
"Why loiter at stairways?"
