When did you encounter him?

He was something like chief claim or chief legal officer at NTUC Income during TKL times. My company had some claim disputes to sort out with him. That was when we crossed swords.

Freddy after leaving the civil service tried his very best to be a PAP MP. Sat in so many PAP committees in including one with PM. Very ambitious but an idiot. Notice his demeanour similar to kingmaker. He thinks he controls people.
