Which doc did not go through this learning curve? That's why rich people like old doc. Young docs for poor folks only. It takes a kind old doc to continue treating poor folks who can't afford high prices.

It's regardless or irrespective.
Not too sure about his income, but I do know that sentosa cove bungalow land was selling at $200 psf ten years ago when nobody was interested. A few lucky ones bought it then, and spend another million building the house. Total cost was less than con hee's penthouse there.
