He earned his Dr. title by completing med school and he has been a good and generous doctor to many, including those who are poor.

Well done. After the last debacle of 33% majority, it is apparent that we don't know what is best for us. PAP has decided once again to mullycoddle us by presenting us one candidate. Like this we won't be split by choice no more.

He fully deserves his Dr title and from many accounts, he was a great doctor much appreciated by many. In that respect he was a roaring success. But it looks like he will not achieve his dream of becoming president, which is ironical considering that he was associated with pap for years. Life works in mysterious ways.

Only fools think that the PAP can rule forever.
TCB and every sane Singaporean would know they are going to shift the goalpost within an hour of the previous EP results. Lets face it Tony Tan and the Govt became the laughing stock with a result as low of 35%.
TCB is not going to waste his time fighting this case. He is just stirring the pot and asking some innocuous sounding questions.
There is a going to Minority Malay EP for next round and a Malay establishment figure will be asked to run. There are no Malay candidates that will qualify in the private sector and those that qualify are all current and past PAP MPs that held political positions. It will be walkover.
They will not attempt to run a 2 man show like the first EP where they got another establishment figure to stand very reluctantly as that guy got 40% of the votes without campaigning which surprised some people.
