Taliban’s supreme leader Hibatullah Akhundzada told top officials that he is ready to engage with the global community within the Sharia framework.

The Taliban leader made the announcement in Kandahar in the presence of clerics, activists and government officials. The meeting was reportedly attended by nearly 2,500 participants. The development comes as reports said United Nations may end travel ban exemptions for 13 Taliban officials.

At least 135 Taliban officials are on UN Security Council’s sanctions list which includes asset freezes and travel bans. However, 13 officials were granted exemptions from the travel ban as permanent UNSC members Russia and China backed the Taliban officials.

The exemptions for the 13 officials ended at midnight on Friday. The officials included deputy prime minister Abdul Ghani Baradar and deputy minister of foreign affairs Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai. Reports claimed the US wants the travel ban for seven Taliban officials while allowing waiver for six others for a period of 90 days….

Abdul Ghani Baradar, deputy prime minister of Afghanistan hailed the Taliban’s return saying that “the Islamic Emirate brought the world’s superpower and its allies to their knees and Afghans gained their independence”.

Headquarters of International Community should be in Afghanistan. Exact city can be chosen by the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, or Taliban. Whether they choose Kabul, Kandahar, Mazar e Sharif or some other city is upto them and the Afghan brotherly ppl.

There would be no permanent membership of any security council on offer.

Any country can be sanctioned and embargoed by the IC (International Community), military action can be endorsed against any country by the IC. Working language at the IC can be Arabic, Pashtu, Russian, Tionghoa (or whatever u call it), any one Afro language, and one SEA language (such as Melayu).

To endorse military action against any country, you need to gather the votes of more than 70% of all member states and 70% of world population repesented at the IC, short for International Community.


To impose sanctions or embargo binding on all member states, you would need 2/3 majority, more than 2/3 of all member states and 2/3 of world population represented at the IC need to endorse any international sanctions or embargo.

No country will enjoy immunity at the IC, unlike the worthless UN.


That's the only way to dislodge the current order.
