日前有一群香港人向台灣眼鏡行兜售便宜鏡框，再派人假冒客戶購買同款鏡框，然後栽贓店家販售仿品，並向不知情的警方報案，威脅被害店家付出高額和解金，獲取暴利。幸好高雄一位謝小姐扮起柯南，收集相關資料及證據，才讓檢警發現驚人內幕。警方已逮捕台灣嫌犯一男一女，但主嫌和另2名以上的黨羽，因是香港籍，無法引渡回台，讓案情遲遲無法突破。
3月9號墾丁一間眼鏡行李老闆，收到屏東地檢署違反商標法的起訴書，他簡直傻眼，心想明明被有心人故意栽贓，卻無法證明自己的清白，真是啞巴吃黃蓮，有苦說不出，莫名而來的官司訴訟讓李老闆求助無人。
就在進貨約1個多月後，1名香港婦人來到眼鏡行說要買鏡框，四處翻找就是沒有喜歡的式樣，直到老闆娘從角落翻出日前剛進貨的「才次郎」眼鏡框，港籍婦人表情如獲至寶，立即說要購買，並要求店家開立收據，內容還特別指定要老闆娘註明購買品名「才次郎鏡框一副」，當時李老闆就覺得很奇怪，但因為一旁還有客人，業者不疑有他，配合寫立收據，事後才知道原來都是設好的圈套，讓他們一步一步上鉤。
謝文純擔心，商標蟑螂集團全省走透透，連鄉下的小眼鏡行也不放過，至今還未被告的店家恐怕還在擴大中。而律師陳昭琦表示，根據現行商標法規定，並沒有公正第三方能夠鑑定商品有無侵權，唯獨商標所有權人才能辨別商品真偽，商標法原本的美意是為了保障品牌建立形象，如今卻成為有心人士利用的犯罪工具。

Fortunately, a Miss Xie, Kaohsiung, acted as Conan and collected relevant information and evidence before the prosecutor discovered a stunning inside story. The police have arrested Taiwan suspects of a man and a woman. However, the chief suspect and 2 or more other party members were unable to extradite Taiwan because of their Hong Kong status. This made it impossible for the case to be delayed.
On March 9th, an eyeglass baggage owner in Kenting received an indictment against the Pingtung Land Prosecutor’s Office for violating the Trademark Law. He was dumbfounded, and he thought that he was deliberately planted by intentional people, but he could not prove his innocence. Unable to speak, the inexplicable lawsuit caused Li to ask for help.
