Table Tennis Player Zhang Jike Allegedly Leaked Ex-GF Actress Jing Tian's Sex Films To Pay Off Debt

Chinese actress Jing Tian (景甜) may have allegedly put her trust in the wrong person. In 2018, Jing Tian revealed her relationship with Olympic table tennis champion Zhang Jike (继科曾). Although the two seemed happy together, a year later in June, the duo announced they had broken up.
Many assumed that was the end of their relationship. However, recently, there have been claims that Jike held on to some of Jing Tian’s sex films.
And unfortunately, he supposedly decided to use them for his own gains and to pay off a certain debt that he owed.
Earlier this month, Weibo user 李微敖 claimed he had confirmed Jike had passed on Jing Tian’s private videos to others. The user had allegedly seen the proof for himself via some judicial materials he had obtained. “The judicial materials showed there were three private videos of Jing Tian’s leaked to the world and one screenshot of (a) video,” he stated.
Jike had reportedly admitted to showing a portion of the video to others, including his creditor.
Said creditor later supposedly decided to take advantage of the films and gain some cash of his own. He supposedly showed the films to Jing Tian and extorted her for money. The creditor initially asked for 22 million yuan (~RM14 million), before reducing the amount to 17 million (~RM10 million). The actress then allegedly called the police on the creditor and he was sentenced to 7 years of prison with a 50,000 yuan (~RM32,000) fine.
But, Jike did not walk away unscathed. “Jike was (also) sued by his creditor (and his family) a few years ago. After the prosecution and the mediation, Jike repaid his creditor (and his family) over 1 million yuan (~RM640000). But, the IOU issued by Jike is about 5 million yuan (~RM3203000) and the IOU is still in the hands of the creditor (and his family),” the user continued.
Netizens have since been supportive of Jing Tian, with many expressing concern for her situation. Several have also shared the possibility of Jike being sued. But, Jike has reportedly denied the rumours. Jike and his studio have allegedly stated that “Jike has no debt disputes, nor has he compromised the privacy of others to protect himself“. They also claimed the rumours were fabricated.
Neither Jike nor Jing Tian has commented on the issue since. However, currently, things don’t look good for Jike. Chinese media reports claim several brands have already cut ties with him.
