The behavior of this woman can best be attributed to "mp can solve my problem" syndrome. This disease has been passed down for decades. In the early years, mp is a good avenue to seek help for almost anything. Back then, most cases of desparation were genuine. In later years, the cunning nature of man started to abuse the system but the mp continued to entertain them with their doggy drafting standard letters to various org. Most org. will accede to the mp's requests. Only in later years, were the org. brave enough to say no to ridiculous requests.

When the leader give drugs to the people, don't blame them for being addicted. Change their mindset, but please, not by lecturing and sounding like saint.
