SINGAPORE : Police have arrested a 33-year-old man who is believed to be involved in at least four break-ins in Joo Chiat and Pasir Ris.

He was believed to be involved in a break-in on Tuesday at a house along Koon Seng Road.

Two watches, cash amounting to S$110, a handphone, a ring, a wallet and other items with a total value of more than S$700 were reported stolen.

The suspect was traced to a hotel room at Lavender Street and was arrested.

Some of the items which were reported stolen from the 42 year-old victim were also recovered from the room by the police.
