SINGAPORE: ComfortDelGro Corporation has acquired Merseyside Radio Meter Cabs for approximately S$2.07 million.

Merseyside is Liverpool's largest taxi circuit operator with a total fleet of 400 licensed taxis.

The acquisition was done through ComfortDelGro's 51 per cent-owned subsidiary, CityFleet.

ComfortDelGro says this acquisition will add to its strong presence in major cities in Britain.
