Seems Like every Sunday it's dinner out for many famiLies..so where are your fave haunts ?..

any decent restaurant that has no queue or short queue. I believe in giving these restaurants a chance to survive and improve their food instead of wasting my time queuing outside over-hyped restaurants, especially those restaurant chains like suckcock sushi.

the longer the queue, the better the food.but this may not be true. ...some of the food is really shitty because the cooks are in a hurry. so anyhow cook.....so you eat shiok shiok and then go home lautuasai!!!

these are called self-fulfilling prophesies. The longer one waits, the more one was to sub-consciously self-justify that the long wait is "worth it".

Usually plenty of MSG added to make the food taste "good". So home cooked food for me, mostly.

Golden Mile Food Centre (which most of us know as Beach Road Hawker Centre) is closed for renovations until late November.

I think there are a Chinese and a Malay version of mutton soups. Mutton soups are good for cold and rainy days. How about 'tulang' at Beach Road ? I have only eaten this once. I heard it is also a high cholesterol food.

Thanks for the info. I really hope these hawkers still come back to the same spot for biz. Beach Rd and 'tulang' is a must.

If I lived in Singapore and went out on a Sunday night, Restoran Zam Zam would be my choice. The murtabak is the best around
