I went over to help but this guy seems to weak to know wat is happening..so we can't move him an inch..after that the police and ambulance arrived and the guy's gf took out his ic and pass it to the police..
as usual, blue ic again..
so the moral of the story is NS is killing singaporeans as madman always been saying..
plus one extra quote: never serve NS is killing FTs too..if he had served NS he will not be fainting on the streets for no reasons..Just imagine how dangerous it is if he were to faint on the road instead of the pavement.
