Study found Hokkiens have hardly any tribal genes. No wonder cancer rates higher than Cantonese and Hakka with tribal genes

In summary the study says those original tribal people 闽越人 mass migrated to the thriving 江浙沪areas back then in Han dynasty and that’s why genetic study found 江浙沪people with tribal genes O1 while hokkien people have hardly any O1 genes with mostly O3 华夏 aka mainland Chinese genes.

The study also says the original tribal 闽越people only developed the north of Fujian without developing other areas including 闽南aka south of Fujian where Spore and Malaya hokkkens came from. Then the 闽越tribal people mass migrated to 江浙沪 and it’s the newcomer immigrants from China mainland during later 南北朝Nanbei dynasty that developed hokkien into the overall thriving state subsequently.

The study also says only Teochews at shantou and nanao areas - that are considered a branch of Hokkiens - have O1 genes; while the rest of Fujian area people have no O1 genes, which is very strikingly different as the rest of China south east areas people all have O1 genes.

And historical records ONLY recorded 闽越 tribal people mass migrated to 江淮 area means the rest of tribal people aka Cantonese ancestors 南越 people etc other tribes didn’t mass migrate and remained where they were, which explained why ONLY Hokkiens have hardly any O1 genes while the rest in south east China area have, including highest gene composition or density in 江浙沪area people now.
