Stop blaming each other. Bosses, workers, customers need to do their part!!!

Bosses need to treat workers better. Workers need to take pride and value their jobs. Customers need to stop making life difficult for service staff. For once, treat them like human beings. Do you agree that this is necessary for society in singapore (in fact, anywhere in the world) to be better? It is a simple concept. For a family to work, we can't rely on a father to be a good father. Neither can we expect our sibling to be a good sibling. A son/daughter needs to do his part well. Everyone in the family has an important role to play and only when they fulfill their roles well, there will be harmony in the family. Confucious talked about roles as a father, son, wife etc.

Similarly, a lot of problems that we are facing in society right now cannot be blamed on our employers or employees or customers. Everyone needs to do their part before we see some change. Nobody should pinpoint at somebody to do something. Everybody needs to move.

We have service crew being rude to customers. We have customers being demanding to service crew. Let us think about it.
Are employees taking pride at their jobs?
Are bosses treating their workers well?
Can customers be more polite and respectful of service crew and stop behaving as if customers are KING?

Hand to heart, everyone makes mistakes. But can we be more tolerant, empathetic and just focus on what we can do better in our own positions? Wouldn't that make our society better? All of us want a good society for our children, right?
