Rico Bahara, a Singapore permanent resident, is accused of stealing about S$450 worth of baby milk powder on January 24. He also allegedly stole a baking tray worth about S$15. A week later, Bahara was accused of trying to steal more baby milk powder, worth nearly S$400, at the same supermarket.
If found guilty, Bahara faces up to seven years' jail and a fine.

Cannot really tell...my guess pinoy?

WTF does he steal so much milk powder all at the same time for?? ...$450 ...then $400. If he is stealing and using the milk powder, most probably he has four babies to feed. Otherwise, this basxxx is selling off extra milk powder to his friends and then $$$ go back to pinoyland.

In another few years, he will be prime candidate for Singapore citizenship loh! plus, priority to buy a new BTO flat on the cheap. 10 years from now, just sell off BTO flat, earn a few hundred grands and then sayonara, back to chokok to be landlord, loh.

WTF, such sweet deals, all laid out for him to make $$$$ at the expense of some poor childless or young Singapore couples, struggling to make ends meet and tang ku ku for new BTO flat.

Even if he is a thief, so long as he is not caught, he will still be prime candidate for Singapore citizenship, and then priority BTO flat according to some bloody cow. Just apply formula lah, Singapore birth rate low? so long as you have children, you got no HDB flat, you Singapore citizen, you will get priority BTO flat fast, fast.

Unfortunately or fortunately, this thief is caught now. Whether he will granted still citizenship or not, I don't really know what to say. But 7 million woh!!! in 17 years time...better give it to whoever qualifies, that is, has children...all other issues are subsidy to this big important Singapore KPI of 7 million!!! Better do it or else no zillions bonus for the next 17 years....
