Yes you are right that thick face black heart, charlie99 and golden dragon are all the same person. I have said the reason why before. Actually I didn't use to believe you but after their attacking me last year (tfbh still at it) I can confirm they are the same person. I have only communicated with one of them prior to that and asked him is he really from ISD and did he torture anyone when in ISD. Another reason is I don't think anybody will be so interested like charlie99 in tracking and talking police and SAF staff movement matters after leaving SG for three decades.
