Normally when people goes to work overseas there is a higher element of risk-which very often include hostilities from locals-including countries like USA, Korea ect2.
Sillipore is the exception as the govt goes all out to give preference to foreigners so much so that many foreigners (esp Pinoys) even dare to insult locals openly and get away with it eg the Seagate Engineer and nurses who slapped the old lady at the Nursing home.
Silliporeans must ask themselves- are you at fault for being so meek and subservient that foreigners dare to insult and assult you in your own backyard.The worst locals must be those who rent their apartments to these foreigners-selling out their own people for $

In fact I have never seen a Pinoy in Cambodia before whilst I have seen many Malaysians and Singaporeans there.
Stand up and fight for your rights and kick out these low quality cheating foreign trash( together with the govt that bring them in).
