He was given extended leave and worked less than 30 days in 2022 and less than 25 days in 2023. Who the fark does that?

He was also given transfers at his own request to 6 different units in 9 years. But he conveniently omitted this in his suicide note but only complained that SPF refused to accede to his request for transfer, LOL.

No argument that he took the "easy way out". We are all familiar with the uniformed service and civil service. I have never come across anyone who could get bad ratings and performance issues like this and not be shit canned. Therein my point - could there be something there in these allegations? Ultimately, he did not take his life on the spur of the moment. U can tell through his writings that it was leading up to his suicide. Its beholden on his superiors in the SPF to take some action for him, in terms of counselling or mental health assistance of some kind or other. They should have identified this guy as mentally unstable and addressed that issue. Instead of calling him a skyver or whatever. The last thing anyone needs is a mentally distraught police officer with a loaded gun. We are all lucky he killed himself only rather then take a shift, draw his weapon and starting shooting the people that bullied him or even worse innocent bystander. Stop focusing on his bad ratings and performance issues. Mentally unstable people seldom have good job reviews and good job performance.
