He was given extended leave and worked less than 30 days in 2022 and less than 25 days in 2023. Who the fark does that?
He was also given transfers at his own request to 6 different units in 9 years. But he conveniently omitted this in his suicide note but only complained that SPF refused to accede to his request for transfer, LOL.
Reality is, if a Chinese behaves this way will jitao tio sack already. This CBkia got special treatment like a VIP still take things for granted.
In other words, he treated SPF like his own playground and I suspect that SPF was not only sensitive to him being a minority but unfortunately was too careful to over pamper him to become more brazen in his bad behaviour to ask for more and more from his colleagues and superiors to even attack his own family.
