its ok ... rich people die already can pay many many monks and taoists to bring them upstairs .... even if go downstairs also their families can burn tons of paper assets and hell money for them to continue happy life down there....

Not on the autobahn. As long as roads and vehicles are engineered for speed, it should not be a problem
