If not for the fact that governing Singapore is a really serious business, the following statements in today's ST report on the recent cabinet changes are so, well, hilarious...

"The changes have set tongues wagging over the likely make-up of Singapore's 4th generation leaders, who will govern after Mr Lee steps down."

"Mr Lee had earlier set himself the goal of handing over to a new leadership by 2020."

"A key question is whether the next PM will emerge from among the four."
