Snatch theft suspect caught

SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a 46-year-old man believed to be involved in a case of snatch theft at Tiong Bahru Road.
The suspect is believed to have snatched the necklace of a 62-year-old woman on April 9. The necklace was valued at about S$3,000.
The suspect was caught at Harbourfront Centre at about 11.40pm on May 9.
He will be charged in court on May 11.
