Totally agree Singapore is not HK and inappropriate for this Teochew looking Teochew minister to use so many Cantonese phrases to explain things in parliament. Why don’t use Hokkien to explain things in parliament? Hokkiens are majority and so far there is no minister explaining things in parliament in Hokkien right? Minister quoting a few Hokkien or Malay or whatever words that everyone knows is different from so many Cantonese phrases being used to explain things okay?
