Was at RWS. Played Aruze again. Tried the Sabre Tooth Tiger and played until the last Rescue Spin (600 of them) before Bonus feature came!!!!

At the last few spins, I switched to Max Bet ($20) and endured until the feature. Used up all my capital. I was lucky to get 102 free spin (triggerred by each white tiger). However the spin wasnt very good.

Overalll, managed to get back my 1k+ capital. Having not learned my lesson, I continued playing the others such as Rock Queen and San Guo and depleted the capital quickly.

Another disappointing outcome. Sigh.

I think for RWS - better stick with "Kia's slots" as Main Dish
- at least those more-or-less will payout more often etc
The Other Slots - treat as Side Dishes for variety

I still prefer table games like roulette...but lately the numbers were totally random and I could not bet on any sector at all. And they kept changing the dealers and the numbers simply jumped from 1 to 36 with complete abandon!!!

I saw this middle-aged man walking around with a handful of $100 cash chips.He was surveying the roulette tables and looking at the numbers. Then out of the blue after the wheel was turned, he came from behind me and placed 5 $100 cash chip on number 13 !!! And OMG!!! The preceding number was No 23...

The ball landed precisely at No 13 !!! There was a thunderous applause!!! We all looked at him with awe!!! He kept his cool and collected $17,500!!!! He stayed on for the next few spins. He struck again on No 33 but with only 2 $100 cash chips - another $7000 !. He stayed on for the next two games. He did not strike and he then moved away .....OMG!!! He stayed for about 10 mins..and he won so much!!!!

From my limited experience, I think the Quickhits are good paying slots. I think the Diamond Quickhits, the Golden Bell,The Wild Fire and many others patterns are pood paymasters. I may be biased but I think two types of slots pay well - The Silver Rain and the Gold Storm.

At Level 1, the Gold Storm and the Silver Rain slots facing the PP Wall. The Amber Ray on the extreme left is poor pay master. The centre Gold Storm I think so far is the BEST!

On the other side, the Silver Rain is a better choice.

At Level 1, I think the Gold Storm slots are better.Have to test them out one by one around the pillar.

I'm robbed by the rest. No luck at all - not even the Gold and Glitter and the Crickets. The FAFAFA has stopped paying me. All losses.

I have no luck at the lucky draw, no call of my name.:(

But I do realise that losing at slots can be very rapid and very merciless. The machines just teased you and then you simply slot in your notes and very quickly depleted - chasing for the bonus, chasing for the feature and chasing for the jackpot.These are actually teasers and enticements. Bro Kia seems to do well. But I'm quite sad that despite his several WINS , he is still in the RED. That means most of us who play slots will eventually LOSE. Am I right?

I think my overall performance at roulette is fair - maybe I won more than I lost. But my overall account is LOSS for the past few months. Oct is a bad month - my salary gone!!!:(:(:(

what makes casino addictive or maybe i can call it entertaining is
sometimes i win, sometimes i lose
sometimes i lose control, sometimes i managed to stay focus and decide to call it a day
sometimes i on a roll
sometimes i dont even know what hit me, i just kinda zombie around the casino, people watching after leaving the tables

if every trip result in losses, i dont think i got such deep pockets to continue playing.
so weeks after weeks, months passed, overall RED, i dont keep track how much exactly is lost but as long as the bank account is not a lot lesser, then it should be still managable losses except no savings from salary :(

silverfox bro is already established, it is just a matter of whether he wants to share further in this forum, his insights/MM postings way back in 2008 till now are worth reading, on and off, there is 1-2 irritating guys who kinda pissed him off sometimes
perhaps his foray into BJ is just sideways to his income sources, it shd be investment from shares/properties that is bringing him more predictable $$.

I have this mindset - if something is worth/fun doing, do/enjoy it 'well' to the best of our 'ability/limits/affordability/etc'

BUT for casino - the most important factor is still LUCK

OK my LATEST MBS Sat-Sun Stayover FR :

This time round I got upgraded to an end Orchid Suite on the 18th floor for the complimentary upgrade for Diamond members [from my $189++ Horizon Grand reservation .... therefore quite substantial "PD savings" here - around $300 ??]

Check-in time was 3 hours (altho' was informed only 2 hours for room to be cleaned but I only went to check on status after 3 hours and not 2 as was still at the lunch buffet with my friends) from my registration time after 12 noon
(I reached MBS 'early' after collecting my passport and thought I might as well get these formalities seen to first since I was expecting the room to be only ready around 5pm as is usual these days - beat the crowds while waiting for my friends for lunch etc)

Very nice suite - tho' am wondering why their Kingsize bed looks more like a Queensize instead ??
Their placement of mirrors - not very 'user-friendly' especially for the females [my friend's complaint]

ALSO no luck at all with the Lucky Draws - name not called

For THIS trip - I DID NOT LOSE MONEY !!!! YAY !!!
I managed to preserve my 2k bankroll and in fact was UP 1k profit around 2am+ timing
But as usual my friend was still reluctant to go back to our room to sleep after supper [this is the OTHER friend who gambles and paid the $100 levy 3rd time]

Amazing win bro Kia, I nvr have such spins coming my way when I switch from toki torch to fortune foo earlier at the smoky rm. I mistaken the cash train progressive win u witnessed n mentioned earlier at mbs for rws. It is still stands at 90+k for rws. As usual, I took 500 from my baccarat win n let the few mahines take turns to swallow during lunch.

Hand itchy, took another 200 and have a go at the more affordable island delight 2cents 50dragons, nearly got a super spin during the feature game, 1st 4 columns full of dragon heads n pearl wild, not too bad, 10k credits won, got away with 1.5k minus off earlier cash train losses. Overall 3k profit from 3hrs at rws, got lucky I guess.

Pretty crowded for rws on a Monday, lotsa of our Malaysia neighbors are here, all machines almost full except smoky rm area. Now having late lunch, people watching later n hopefully will chance upon a lucky machine n if not, just leave with remaining winnings. Cheers!
