You can only redeem $100 NN slot credits / one night hotel stay even you have earned 200GPs on Wednesday, note that. And yes, you have to redeem within a month. Do check out hotel room availablity before you redeem for hotel voucher because RWS is unlike MBS, their rooms are usually booked, especially Hotel Micheal, 2-3 weeks advance booking is needed and your hotel voucher may just valid for 2-3weeks. I ever wasted 2 vouchers because of the above reason coz there wasn't a room available on weekends, I threw the vouchers away and will never never redeem for hotel stay again, better redeem for NN slot credits.

I have feedback about the Q a few times already but no improvement seen, worst still, they shutdown the counter at the smoking area resulted the Q even longer at the main counter (near stage). I met my host last evening and feedback about the Q again, I am surprised that she offered the service to redeem the NN slot credits for me so I don't have to Q :p As for the hotel vouchers, I will still have to Q at the counter because they need my signature.

You are not making full use of your priviledged status. Make friends with one of the hosts and they will be more than happy to settle whatever you need for you.

I've known of gold cardholders having only 200points while red holders have >300 points; also platinum holders with only 5000points while gold with >10,000 points??
One thing for sure they have issued a lot of gold cards as carpark is full; so is plat car park also full.

It is probably better to be on friendly terms with at least one host. Aside from getting help to run errands like settle redemptions, the host are normally empowered to give you little things to make you happy. This can range from putting a word in for you to get a card upgrade to other off book comps.

This is usually for Baccarat. They have more senior pit bosses at the high stakes Baccarat tables as the whales tend to show up there more often. These are empowered to upgrade potential whales by simply observing play and vouching for the player.

I think need more than $500/bets.

I still see many players betting by the hundreds at those $200 min tables, mostly at Vip or Orchid room. So such bets are quite common, probably need thousand/bets to be notice and upgraded.

I find that the perks given really not much, just points to be used via redemption.

So far I only got 2 pairs of US tickets given free but never any free rooms, plus the 24hrs free parking.

Generally the Hosts (except the Crockford Hosts) actually do not have much say when it comes to hotel bookings n some other stuff. It goes back to calling the hotel reservations (takes hours) and depends on rooms availability. Crockford guests (any crockford members here?) are the ones who can get almost anything anytime. My Indo client (Crockford member) gets picked up fr airport, checks in CF Twrs (last min he calls also got room) and plays in private room, he also picks the dealer he likes. Last time he stayed at the new Spa Villas.
