Yes, your parcels have arrived...Sorry, they haven't

I RECENTLY made two Internet purchases, each amounting to US$100 (S$139). The parcels were shipped via Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMS) on Jan 2 at 7.20pm Korean time on SQ015, and they arrived in Singapore on Jan 3 at 1.15pm. I then checked their status using the 'track and trace' feature on SingPost's website, but to my dismay, there was no information available.
I have called SingPost since last Tuesday and the reason I was given was that the parcels had not arrived yet. I called again last Thursday and a polite woman checked and confirmed from SingPost's overseas site that the parcels had indeed arrived in Singapore, but had not yet been sent to the processing centre in Paya Lebar. She also advised me to call again if I still did not see any information updated.
Last Friday, I visited 'track and trace' again and did not see any information. I called SingPost in the morning and spoke to two officers and was disappointed by their service.
They insisted that the parcels had not arrived because there was no information on 'track and trace', even though I told them repeatedly they had arrived.
My question is, if one officer can check and confirm that the parcels are in Singapore, why did the other two tell me otherwise?
It has been five days since my parcels arrived and they have yet to be delivered.
