The condo sales is like the gawkers at the opposition rallies, a lot of people, doesn't translate to a lot of buyers, whether there is percentage increases or decreases or what?. The airbase is very near there, the area is well known to be noisy 365/7, by flying jets etc.. Rumour that the airbase will move out....was 2020..looks like around 2030...?? That means by the time of TOP 2021....the airbase will still be there...that is downside of buying around there & that extend to the flight corridor all the way to Buangkok, Sengkang & Punggol...& even Tampines.
Buy first worry later. 50k difference is a lot of money for Low ses 2nd time buyer.
