Sinkapore Civil servants’ high salaries ! Oppo leaders pls read !

Again, rule number one---don’t attack PAP personally on their high salaries !
Your object is to win votes during the GE !

Oppo parties must understand that PAP got the mandate from the majority voters to pay themselves what they think is enough as compared to the market !
There is nothing wrong if we go by the votes !
Trying to smear PAP personnel on their salaries will hurt the PAP voters indirectly ! You will not win votes !

Oppo parties can educate all the voters by saying something like these :---

“Oppo parties know that voters give mandate to PAP and as for their high salaries, you voters must have read or surf the websites ( name the websites to the voters ), on how these civil servants are paid ! For those who have not read, you can get to that websites and understand what you have voted for !
We are not against the high -salary issue becos we know it is the majority voters who granted this system ! We respect your votes sincerely !

Oppo parties are only concerned that if voters are so generous to the civil servants, why not also be generous to yourselves and your children, give oppo parties a chance to do something for you and your children ! It has been 45 years oredi, it’s never too late think about yourselves and your children !

Oppo parties are not jealous or angry about the present high salaries the civil servants are getting, it is legal and rightful , and if you voters also wish to call them fathers of nation or mothers of nation, we are also agreeable as long as you feel comfortable about it !

Oppo parties only wish that if you can offer the people you voted in so much of benefits, you have nothing to lose giving us oppo parties a chance to serve you and your children !
The two casinos that the majority voters have voted for are making big money , give oppo parties a chance to bring you and your children more sustainable benefits ! “

Civil servants salaries---Oppo parties cannot be too personal , you have to educate voters that it is becos of their mandate , things happen that way ! Voters have to know they are responsible for the environs they voted for !
PAP has nothing to do with this high salaries.
If the voters know that it is their mandate that causes this and that, they will learn better !

Pls remember, angry oppo members with personal issues during the GE will never win votes, will lower Oppo -vote percentage instead ! This will be a tragic story if it continues for another 20 years ! One oppo member makes a wrong move at the GE will do the whole Oppo in !

Most civil servants do not earn high pay. just because the ministers gets millions and a few top civil servants gets 5 digit figure does not meant the entire civil services does so.

in fact its very common for some civil services ranks to earn less than 1.5k, but i suppose many anti-pap and anti-goverment idiots would just want to ignore that.

in fact, its better to make friends with civil servants ot all ranks as oppoitions politicans will need their help and not need their resistances when they do take office.

those earning less than 1.5k are the division 2 and below and there are thousands of them. mostly doing clerical and admin post. unless you have a degree, that is how much you could get.

As for joining RCs and CCs, not many does that as well. As for seeing opposition as ghost, because some opposition figures had made life difficult for those who have no understanding of what opposition politicans do and a serious case of misunderstanding is there. We however must not discount what publicity SDP had generate because of theior stunts and many cvivil servants still have the idea that all oppositions behave just like SDP.

So if some opposition figures show the civil servants their human and softer sides, i m sure cooperations can take place and life can be easier for all sides.

I know u are ant-SDP,whether you are for opposition is unclear to me.

I am for opposition but not opposition government at this moment of time.

But I must say,this is sensible advice,To win the hears and minds of voters, who are most idiots all over the world,myself included,opposotion parties ,especially their vocal supporters need to learn this,or else do not get into politics!
