We refer to Mr K Kalidas’ letter “SingTel’s handling of erratic World Cup telecast is disappointing” (July 3).
The intermittent signal loss on Mr Kalidas’ mio TV service was caused by poor internal wiring and connectivity issues, which are common in older properties.
Mr Kalidas has since upgraded his mio TV service to a fibre connection with new wiring and has no further issues catching the games.
We recommend that our customers upgrade to a fibre connection for an optimal viewing experience.
