We have contacted Mr Chan and apologised to him for the inconvenience caused.
We wish to assure our customers that our Customer Care hotlines are committed to attending to customer calls in the fastest time possible. Occasionally, there are unexpected surges in call volume and we regret that this may cause some delay.
All our 11 SingTel shops and hello! stores also handle general billing inquiries. For more specific and technical inquiries, we recommend that customers call the SingTel Billing hotline on 1688 for specialised advice and support.
