sg enbloc frenzy for private condos is on fire. shiok! hdb tenants with 69 years of remaining lease can go jump if they don’t have private condos on the side for anchor.

Wow I just studied more on en bloc tonight and made this great discovery that there were 164 en bloc deals in 2007! That means the 26 deals in 2017 is nothing and the best is yet to be! So the Kangtau now is to buy old private 99 year condo not old hdb in marine parade!

Well I have a JLL book on Singapore private residential properties in 2001 and there were 812 landed and non landed developments listed then. And another website said they have listing of more than 1700 condo developments in Singapore now.

So a few hundred en bloc deals in the last two decades means the chance of private condos going en bloc is not that rare, and more will come especially when they are above 30 years old.
