Poor people living in Hougang are having no sympathies from their money-faced MP:mad:. They die die must pay their S&C charges even if they are dirt-poor with problems filling their stomachs. They are forced to steal, rob, cheat or prostitute their family members to pay for their S&C arrears.

Residents in PAP-controlled areas have a much better deal with their compassionate and caring MPs. Those dirt-poor residents in PAP constituencies will be given opportunities to work for the estate in-lieu of paying for their S&C charges. Those extremely dirt poor retards may even have their bad debts written off. No such luck for Opposition held estates.

I have only this to say to people who have voted for the Opposition:
YOU ARE RETARDED:oIo:

A SNEAKING suspicion by Workers' Party chief Low Thia Khiang that PAP town councils were writing off arrears in service and conservancy charges (S&CC) was dispelled yesterday by the managers and MPs of those councils.
Seven of them told The Straits Times they write off only a tiny amount of unpaid S&CC, typically around 0.1 per cent.

Wake up and suck your mapok tan balls and cock yet?

early morning bark here bark there like crazy dog,,,

Go and swallow a pail of Prozac you pervert creature from hell

Up till today SCUMS dare not reply with specifics for.

So many things they try to hide from public.

Why?

Grace Fu, what is there to hide? please come clean on how much funds PAP TC gets <hr style="color: rgb(152, 152, 152); background-color: rgb(152, 152, 152);" size="1"> <!-- / icon and title --> <!-- message -->
Dear Ms Grace Fu, please come clean on how much funds PAP TCs are getting for its' upgrading programmes. What is there to hide from the public? Is there something amissed about the money PAP TCs are getting from MND that you do not want us to know?

How much did council get?

WORKER'S Party chief Low Thia Khiang is not letting up. One week and several exchanges with the <leo_highlight style="border-bottom: 2px solid rgb(255, 255, 150); background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-repeat: repeat; background-attachment: scroll; background-position: 0% 50%; -moz-background-size: auto auto; cursor: pointer; display: inline; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;" id="leoHighlights_Underline_1" onclick="leoHighlightsHandleClick('leoHighlights_Underline_1')" onmouseover="leoHighlightsHandleMouseOver('leoHighlights_Underline_1')" onmouseout="leoHighlightsHandleMouseOut('leoHighlights_Underline_1')" leohighlights_keywords="ministry" leohighlights_url_top="http%3A//shortcuts.thebrowserhighlighter.com/leonardo/plugin/highlights/3_1/tbh_highlightsTop.jsp?keywords%3Dministry%26domain%3Dwww.singsupplies.com" leohighlights_url_bottom="http%3A//shortcuts.thebrowserhighlighter.com/leonardo/plugin/highlights/3_1/tbh_highlightsBottom.jsp?keywords%3Dministry%26domain%3Dwww.singsupplies.com" leohighlights_underline="true">Ministry</leo_highlight> of National Development (MND) later, the Hougang MP continues to press for data on how much funds each PAP town council receives for upgrading programmes.

In a statement released yesterday evening - the third from Mr Low in a week - he said he was 'disappointed that MND has kept silent on this'.

Yesterday's statement was the most specific one yet from Mr Low. He focused his question on just the money relating to the Interim Upgrading Programme (IUP), Main Upgrading Programme (MUP) and Community Improvement Projects Committee (CIPC) funding.

'To clarify the issue, Senior Minister of State (National Development) Grace Fu should let the public know how much each town council has benefited from the above upgrading programmes cumulatively since the inception of these programmes up to 2009,' he said.

The three programmes cited by Mr Low - IUP, MUP and CIPC - provide funding for different aspects of estate upgrading.

The smallest of the three, CIPC, provides funding support for projects initiated by the Citizens' Consultative Committees (CCCs) and supported by the grassroots advisers, who are generally the MPs except in the case of opposition-held wards.

You spastic illiterate bitch. Learn to read and retake your primary 3 comprehension before you post.

The PAP wards are the ones that forces one to pay. "If the parents cannot pay, the children will bear the loan" is the reply when they are questioned about writing off their arrears.

Opposition wards however, did not write them off and that's why they get a bad report; it does not mean that residents are force to pay, you dumbass! Read their column that they work out plans for residents to pay interest free over a long period (hence the accumulating arrears).

The reply from PAP begets another question. If they are not writing off arrears, why the fuck are they writing off to the tune of hundreds of thousands? Where did the money go?

You fucking moron.

this question really needs to be answered.

the oppo should demand an answer and not let it slide.

You need to claim against a person in court to seek payment. For the matter to be heard, both parties need to appear in court. If a summon is issued and that recipient (you have to receive the summon) fails to should up at the stated court hearing, a warrant of arrest can be issued.
