The moment kids in OZ are enrolled in pre-school the first thing they learn is the sun, the heat, hat, use of sunscreen lotion, sunglassess, identification of snakes and spiders. Then they are told that they cannot go to the playground until they have their hat.

In the dry heat with no perspiration, it can mislead. Just like a Singapore driver who does not understand that road bends can be long and wide and you still need to slow down. Just like a Singapore fighter pilot who needs to know that mountains outside Singapore are indeed mountains and much higher than Mt Faber.
