Singaporean customers service really sucks sometimes.

Usually don't support clones and even obvious clones. CS really sucks nowadays. I cancelled all my Sing and Tell line and it took them 8 months to finalized. Guess what? they even sent me a bill for outstanding bills. I fucked them upside down and told the CS oversea call to Sing and Tell already more than the bill. I told her to talk to her manager cos' lim peh will not pay a single cent for their mistake. 2 days later, I received an email the bills are waived.

And guess what, the line supposed to be transferred to friend's name and it took them 8 months and only finalized last week. They call my SG line and kena fucked upside down by me cos' limpeh already sign letter of authorisation in January when I was back in SG.

But guys, don't try it if you are under contract. Limpeh buy phone never buy with contract one. So limpeh fuck singtel, starhub or M1, they also LAN LAN.

Low Pay = Low Morale ?

I was at a local bank and I was attended by a local Singaporean lady and they are worst nightmare with no smiles no hello no thank you. Horrible attitude when they attend to you they don't even look at you while talking! But the same bank with a PRC officer was more smiley and chatty with a very good positive attitude toward customers services and care! REALLY SAD!

When a person is going to be retrenched and the PRCs are not affected, then obviously, you will see the local woman is not smiling while the PRCs behave as if they all 'kana' 4D or TOTO mah.

So, far ... my experience was a good one (ie. POSB). The women (4 tellers, 2 of them were pretty) were all smiling at me. I was attractive then (can see from their eyes, glittering) and probably it was a Saturday anyway (weekend mood).

Oh ! I missed them.
