I think we are over pampering the foreign workers until giving them english classes. Btw all JB houses are built by foreign workers too like indon, bangla, Pakistani, etc. The bangla etc all learnt how to speak malay themselves, nobody gave them classes. One bangla told me he worked in msia 7 years and learnt malay and a little english, all by himself.
