“total defence” is a joke if you can’t even prevent foreign agents from sneaking in all bodies and departments of gov including gov-sponsored media as agents in place, especially from the ccp.

Let's not let our imaginations run wild, of what is & what is not. Jungle training is what most who served NS even at BMT had each gone thru.

Also, let's not detract from the purpose of this thread, & it's about nation building, an on-going process, thru Total Defence - a responsibility of each Singaporean born. Each has a different role to play in society & are only parts of the whole. Only by working together for a common goal - progress & evolution of our Civilization, will we survive, based upon our sacred National Pledge sworn daily since 6yrs old.

We may stumble & fall, as no mortal is perfect, but we must get up & strive on, to face each challenge courageously as our forefathers had shown us whom faced far worse calamities & yet remained resilient & steadfast, to give us our todays....
