En-bloc, same fate as nearby condos. Also had a small pet shop, cafe then. Across AYE, couple of nice smallish restaurants (including a mexican) and grocer in Faber Gardens. Lost business when semi-express way was converted to AYE (no u-turn access after). Surburban nostalgia

Yaohan died because of that Watanabe, speculated in properties & burnt his......!!. There are few other Japanese retailers that came after, at Liang Court, etc...Sogo also...high rental killed them....can blame the PAP for everything from cannot shit in the morning, cannot erect at night...
