ya i am sure the true readings would be higher...but to be fair, in this case no one's fault except the Indons. They delay taking strong appropriate action to minimise these slash and burn activities. One idiot on their side even said that this should be taken in stride because most of the time the forests in Indonesia produce oxygen for the region.

don't forget about the billion dollar palm oil companies listed on the SGX. if the indons don't want to act, we can always act against the palm oil companies. but we are economic sluts and prefer to kill our people with air pollution than to lose a few billion dollars. wait until a few ministers' children start dying from respiratory illnesses before we expect any change. peasant deaths are not counted.
 
good observation bro....i read recently that some foreign companies with green consciousness have offloaded the shares of these palm oil companies eg Golden Agri.....so the first steps begin hopefully.
