That was done with intent to kill. I've seen this video else where. The guy came out of jail and there were some cyclists with a van there and the police just let the cyclists throw him into the van which then sped off. He wasn't ever seen again and the police deny ever seeing it happen.
We need vigilante truck drivers to run over these fuckers.

A case of keeping right way too early. This often happens along Keppel on the way to West Coast Viaduct. Cyclist needs to understand you can’t keep right too early. It should be not more than 100m from the point where you are forced to filter left.

How about equipping them with common sense not to go out to cycle on public roads and hog precious time?
A better system will be imposing road tax based on level of stupidity covering drivers, cyclists, PMDs and pedestrians. These are the people causing accidents on roads holding up traffic and wasting national resources.
Many drivers have less common sense than cyclists. These drivers need to use the skills upgrading credits to upgrade their common sense.
