Singapore has a pathetic TFR of 1.29, the rich has a much higher TFR btw, caused by the impotency of Singaporean males peasants with their defective genes. The Phillipines on the other hand has a TFR of 3.15, much superior to that of these retarded local peasants!

If we can invite another 2 million of these talented and potent Pinoys with generous incentives, our TFR will be (1.29+3.15)/2=2.22 which will be above the population replacement ratio. And local peasant girls will not have to put up with dirty smelly local NS peasants!

Rest assure that the PAP government will invite more Pinoy talents from now til 2020 to upturn the downturn in our TFR!
