The bus no need to slow down, not his fault. The driver took the risk, so he should be responsible....

No doubt it's the car's driver fault. But passengers of both bus and car shouldn't got injured or died just because of both driver's ego and/or stupid decision.

According to Google Maps, this junction is next to Khatib MRT station. The car was moving along Yishun Ring Road towards the junction.

You can't miss the MRT track and asymmetrically-shaped flats in front, and the patch of grassland on the left.

Look like the car is at fault here. The bus is going straight which has the right of way (unless the traffic light indicate otherwise). The car is suppose wait for the bus to cross before it can turn right at the cross junction.

the funny part is ... he machiam just finished his gym, and tried to lift up the kap kia but cannot make it leh...

If I were the kap kia rider , private settlement can demand for a new bike , if that guy is rich... lol

1. The car driver never let the bus pass 1st - so is wrong
2. Bus driver really drive very fast about 85km/h. -max for bus if I not wrong is 60~70km/h.

From the scene is really a shame. No one offer help. Only one bus passenger coming down to look.
So many car,motorcycle, bus, bus passenger. No one offer help.
Worst bus passenger just sit on the bus do nothing.
