Look like the car is at fault here. The bus is going straight which has the right of way (unless the traffic light indicate otherwise). The car is suppose wait for the bus to cross before it can turn right at the cross junction.

Did u manage to see the car registration plate number? The camera quality not that good.

The bus no need to slow down, not his fault. The driver took the risk, so he should be responsible....

I also using 24 inch monitor leh. Mine is better than FHD somemore. 1920 x 1200 res.

Edit: Ok lah when i was watching the vid i was watching it on a smaller monitor 1440 x 900.
