It all depends on the people actually got neighbours that are locals and are peeping toms, and thieves at nite steal your slippers. The reason why I hate ah neh is got an ah neh as a neighbour once for a year. Bloody hell is its not yelling at his kids is scolding and beating his wife its getting drunk and throwing up all over the walkway.
