The answer is most of them will not come back.

it's not always the gov. sometimes it's the quality of living, the environment, the social grace, the welfarism offered and many other things.

i ve friends who were offered PR but instead chose to migrate to other place. they love sgp as a short tourist visit but hate it living long term becos they couldn't stand the hot humid weather here.

and yes - they love the gov here and wish their own cuntries could be like us. that's their views.

i don't really like this place very much these days. all i see are anti-PAP messages, every little thing that happens, sooner or later, the usual suspects will link it to PAP and it is always PAP's fault and of course the 66.6% who voted for it. other than senseless bashing, i hardly see them suggesting anything remotely constructive.
