Giving the poor freebies only encourages a culture of dependency. If the poor want eggs, they can jolly well buy them like the rest of us do.

The finished product can in the form of Pasteurized eggs or eggs that have been pasteurized in order to reduce the possibility of food-borne illness in dishes that are not cooked or lightly cooked.
