It not a t shirt. It a head tube. Depending on it length, most can at least double layer across the face. Which is what the govt issued mask had, two layer of cloth sew together.

I have to also agreed that it is not a proper mask. And I cannot understand why some people simply cannot follow rules. It only takes common sense to know what is right and what is wrong.
