Question is whether the public is prepared to pay premium or not. But given that the premium for Russians, I would say chances are good. :p Only problem is PRC passing off as Koreans.

That should not surprise anyone. Refusal of re-entry permit is something like revocation of PR. Naturally very few PR will be revoked once they are given.

The interesting fig should be how many new PR are approved, or how many new applications are rejected.
