Eat first then pay is allowing customer not having to pay for bad quality or lousy food during disputes.
But pay first and then get poor quality or small quantity food will allow shop to scam customers and hard
for patrons to get refund. The eat first then pay will encourage shop to provide good food and service so
patrons will pay happily hence more customer-oriented.

But the problem is even if the food tasted lousy we still have to pay then kpkb.

For the pay first then eat way, customer can reject if they find the quantity absurd.
But the quality is hard to dispute too. I saw a customer returned a poor tasted food to a food court and got rejected becos he already tasted it.
But at least we lock it at a fix cost first before consuming.

For restoran, I always enforce the pay first then eat way. If I spot any scam I will return them and won't pay as I have not consume it.
